Endorsement of Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan 11 Bush Street
Assessor’s Map 122 Lot 231 This ANR plan is for the subdivision of a land parcel currently identified as Map 122 Lot 231 (approximately 34,412S.F.). As indicated on the plan a non-buildable parcel is being
removed from Map 122 Lot 231 (approximately 5,559 S.F.) for the purposes of being
combined with the abutting parcel identified as Map 122 Lot 232-2 (existing approximately 15,681S.F.) if merged approximately 21,187 S.F. The proposed subdivision meets the criteria outlined in the Section 1.103 of the
Subdivision Regulations which required that “Creation of parcels without the required
frontage, as long as the parcels created are labeled “non-buildable” and the reason the lot is non-buildable is noted on the plan.” Given the description provided above, the ANR Subdivision Plan for 11 Bush Street, Assessor’s Map 122 Lot 231 is eligible for endorsement.
