17.) A FOUNDATION DRAIN MAY BE INSTALLED AT THE OWNER'S DISCRETION ONLY IF THE LEACHING
FACILITY IS LOCATED AT LEAST TWENTY --FIVE (25) FEET FROM THE HOUSE.
18.) PLUMBING IN THE BASEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO A WASHING MACHINE IF THE INVERT OF THE
OUTGOING PIPE IS HIGHER THAN THE FINISHED BASEMENT FLOOR UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED.
19.) SOIL LOGS INDICATE SOIL CONDITIONS, PERCOLATION RATES AND WATER TABLE DEPTHS
