This ANR is for property at the southwest corner of Elm and Bridge Streets. It creates
two lots. Both lots meet the frontage requirements of the Village Business District (50’).
If the lots were separated, possible lot area and building setback requirements would be
violated. The plan has the note that endorsement is not a determination as to
conformance with zoning regulations.
This property is also eligible for ANR under the provision of creating lots with a pre-
subdivision control law building located on each lot created. The plan can be endorsed.
