The existing parking lot limits will remain as is, but improvements will be updated to the pedestrian and vehicular circulation and landscaping. Also, the Petitioner will be making interior renovations consisting of 3,778 square feet into a dance studio, 6250 square feet renovations of office space and maintain 3,845 square feet of warehouse space.
