Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in Meeting Room 304, Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on the petition of Stephen
and Paula Phillips who are seeking a Special Permit to build a 1008 sq. ft. accessory building to be used as a yoga and painting studio with bathroom facilities. The property is located
at 374 Barneys Joy Road in the Single Residence B District and identified on Assessor’s Map 9 as Lot 32-4. Information is on file in the office of the Board of Appeals and may be
