The following notice will be advertised in the Dartmouth Chronicle on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 and Wednesday, November 27, 2019 in the “Legal Advertisement” section.
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in Meeting Room 304, Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on the petition of Susan
Cope who is seeking a Variance to allow property containing approximately 18,750 sq. ft. as a single family buildable lot and to reduce the front yard set-back (from street r-o-w lines)
to 35’ from the required 50’setback. The property is located on Alice Street in the Single Residence A District and identified on Assessor’s Map 182 as Lot 46. Information is on
