Chairman Choubah opened the hearing LEGAL AD: Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. in Meeting Room 304, Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on the petition of Panagakos Development who is seeking a Special Permit to redevelop the site from single family residential to a commercial use consisting of a 740 sq. ft. building with associated parking and utilities. The property is located at 842 State Road in the General Business and Aquifer Protection District and identified on Assessor’s Map 163 as Lot 14. Information is on file in the office of the Board of Appeals and may be seen upon request. ABUTTER’S LIST: Robert Gardner Jr., motioned to waive the reading of the abutter’s list, The motion was seconded by Michael Medeiros. Motion passed unanimously.
