of Panagakos Development who is seeking a Special Permit to redevelop the site from single family residential to a commercial use consisting of a 740 sq. ft. building with associated
parking and utilities. The property is located at 842 State Road in the General Business and Aquifer Protection District and identified on Assessor’s Map 163 as Lot 14. Information
