The Petitioner was seeking a Variance to sub-divide an unusual shaped 4.9 acre lot into 2 lots. Lot 1 would contain 39,929 sq. ft. of contiguous uplands and Lot 2 would contain 60,069
sq. ft. of contiguous uplands whereas 64,000 sq. ft. is required. Lot 2 would have 128.21’ of frontage whereas 200’ of frontage is required.
It was the unanimous decision of the Board of Appeals to allow the Petitioner, Peter Brehaut to WITHDRAW THE VARIANCE PETITION WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
