Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. in Meeting Room 304, Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on the petition of Peter Brehaut
who is seeking a Variance to subdivide an unusual shaped 4.9 acre lot into 2 lots. Lot 1 will contain 39,929 sq. ft. of contiguous uplands and Lot 2 will contain 60,069 sq. ft. of
contiguous uplands whereas 64,000 sq. ft. is required. Lot 2 will have 128.21’ of frontage whereas 200’ of frontage is required. The property is located at 243 Bakerville Road in
