The Board offers the following. The applicant states the shape of the lot is a reason to have the relief granted, however there is no causal connection between the lot shape and the variance requested. The odd-shape of the lot does not exist in the front of the lot and yet a frontage variance is requested. Also the shape of the lot is not the cause of the lack of uplands on the lot. Therefore the Planning Board does not recommend approval of the relief sought.
