Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. in
Meeting Room 304, Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA on the petition of Geoffrey B.
diMauro, Trustee who is proposing an accessory apartment of 410 sq. ft. with one bedroom in a detached
accessory structure (garage) and is seeking a Variance for relief of 18.7' for side setback and 4.3' for rear
setback where 20' is required. Minimum Lot size must be 12,000 square feet, lot size is 6,753 square
