Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the
Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act,
on the Request for Determination of Applicability from Wayne & Carla Leland regarding land
located at Map 66, Lot 103, Mockingbird Path in Dartmouth. The meeting will begin at 7:00
p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2001 in Room 103 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in
Dartmouth, and all interested parties should be present at that time.

The applicant requests permission to replace an existing elevated deck with a building addition and
construct a new deck. All the proposed work will be completed within an existing lawn area; no change in
grade elevations is proposed. The abutting wetland area is buffered from the proposed work by an
existing woods/brush area which will remain undisturbed.
