Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection
Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40,the Wetlands Protection Act, that a hearing will be held on the

Dear Commission Members,
On behalf of Long Built Homes, Inc., we hereby submit the enclosed Notice of Intent for
Lot 4 on the south side of Pine Island Road. The new July 7, 2009, FEMA floodplain
maps show the entire lot falls within the 100 year flood zone A, for which a flood
elevation has not been determined. We have surveyed transects of the watershed basin
and completed hydrologic computations in accordance with FEMA's Quick 2 protocol. I
hereby certify that the 100 year flood level for Lot 4 is below elevation 84 NAVD 88.
None of the proposed work will be below elevation 84.
