Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held in accordance
with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and
M.G. L . , C 131 , §40 , the Wetlands Protection Act , on the Notice of
Intent of Dartmouth Land Trust c/o Frank Lipis who wishes to
construct a single family dwelling on land located at Lot 327 ,
( formerly Lot 305 ) Fox Run Terrace in Dartmouth. The hearing will
be held at 7 : 20 p.m. , Tuesday, January 4 , 1994 at the Dartmouth
Town Hall , in Room 103 , 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth.
